At Sunny Daes, we make every scoop count towards your delight. If you find something less than perfect, we’re here to set things right within the parameters of our refund policy:

Mixed-up Orders
If you notice a mismatch between your received order and what’s stated on your receipt, please call us immediately. It’s essential to hold onto the original packaging for the purpose of returning incorrect items. One of our team members will guide you through the process to secure a suitable refund.

Canceled Orders
At Sunny Daes, we prepare your sundaes and sweet treats as soon as we receive your order to ensure they arrive fresh and delicious. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds if you have a change of heart about your order after it has been made. Similarly, if a mistake has been made during the ordering process and this error is pointed out during the treat’s preparation, we’re regrettably unable to provide a refund.

Unsatisfied Palate
Sunny Daes takes immense pride in using superior techniques to whip up the finest sundaes and sweet treats. As such, we usually refrain from granting refunds for items that do not meet your taste preference, especially if more than 25% of the sweet treat has been enjoyed. Likewise, we cannot process refunds for items with tampered packaging.

In some cases, if you call us to discuss a potential refund, we may consider sending a replacement treat or arranging an alternative solution. These cases will be evaluated at the discretion of our store manager(s).
